Pratik earned Masters in International Business from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Delhi. He works as an Area Sales Manager with Tata Sky Ltd, India’s leading DTH Platform.
Pratik has been recognized as a Global Shaper by the World Economic Forum and as a Changemaker by Global Action on Poverty. He is currently addressing the challenges posed by lack of education, poverty and dearth of leaders in the world. With over 5 years of experience with Non Profits, He is currently heading Indian operations of a non-profit called Esta Academy, based out of the United States.
Previously, he has provided strategy consulting to Awaaz De, Teach for India, Delhi State AIDS Control Society and National AIDS Control Organisation. He also co-founded Bodhi Vriksha, an education startup to provide education consulting to aspiring management students. He is also serving as the board advisor to Teach for Green, an NGO based out of India.
Pratik is committed to servant-driven leadership as a way to help people live more abundant lives and for organizations to become extraordinary stakeholders and stewards of the future, so that together, some of the world’s most complex economic and social challenges can be solved. Aditya earned Master of Science in International Management with Merit from the Department of Strategy and Organisation, and Gold Level Certificate in Entrepreneurship from the Hunter Centre of Enterprise, Strathclyde Business School, University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. He also served as the President of Bharat Sansthan (India Society) at the university in the year 2014-15.
He earned Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) majoring in Finance and Marketing from the University of Delhi and did his schooling from the City Montessori School, Lucknow. He has also served as a Teach for India Fellow to eliminate education inequity in India.

He was selected as a Hesselbein Fellow by the University of Pittsburgh, USA in recognition of his exemplary leadership and civic engagement skills and as a Prerna Fellow by the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, one of India’s top b-school in recognition of his exemplary leadership and entrepreneurial skills. He was also conferred the Fellow of CMS Award in recognition of his outstanding leadership and community service.
